Shenyang Medical College

Shenyang Medical College is a full-time general higher education school approved by the Ministry of Education. Since its establishment 69 years ago, it has implemented a strategy of characteristic development, dislocation development, transformational development and connotation development. It has developed into a school with perfect conditions, distinctive school characteristics and improved education quality. Undergraduate medical colleges with improved academic standards. In 2007, he was awarded “Excellent” in the evaluation of undergraduate teaching level of the Ministry of Education; in 2009, he became a master’s degree authorized construction project; in 2013, he obtained the master’s degree and successfully passed the clinical medical professional certification; in 2016, he was approved by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education as a transformation. Development of pilot schools; 2017 became a model university for the transformation of undergraduate institutions of higher learning in Liaoning Province.

The historical evolution school was formerly known as the Shenyang Municipal Advanced Nursing School founded in 1949. In 1978, it was renamed Shenyang Medical College. In 1987, it was upgraded to an undergraduate school. It was officially renamed Shenyang Medical College. During the period, the school moved to the school site. In 2001, he moved to the current campus.

The scale of running a school There are 10,920 full-time students, including 166 graduate students, 7269 undergraduates, 2,162 junior college students, and 1,323 international students. The school recruits students from 26 provinces (municipalities), autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the quality of students is increasing year by year. In 2018, the admission scores of 22 provinces exceeded 50 points of the second batch of undergraduate control scores, and 11 provinces exceeded the second batch of undergraduate control scores by 100 points or more. The admission scores of all majors are stable in high segmentation. The admission scores of Liaoning Province, such as stomatology, anesthesiology, clinical medicine and medical imaging, have exceeded or approached a batch of undergraduate control scores for many years.
